- Supplier database (vetted and non-vetted)
- Offers and sourcing facilitation
- Add-on services (audits, inspections, research)
- AI-powered tools for insights and reporting
We act as an intermediary platform and do not take ownership of goods transacted between buyers and suppliers.
4. Membership & Fees
Access to certain features may require a paid membership.
Pricing, credits, and add-ons are explained on our Early Access.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. User Obligations
By using Vanture, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business and contact information.
- Use the platform only for lawful B2B sourcing purposes.
- Not misuse data, scrape content, or attempt to bypass membership controls.
- Comply with applicable laws and trade regulations.

7. Supplier Information & Liability

Vanture does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, or contract fulfillment.
Transactions are solely between buyer and supplier.
We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from business dealings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including analytics, reports, and design, is owned by Vanture.
Users may not copy, distribute, or resell platform content without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
Vanture provides information "as is" and makes no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability for your business decisions.
Market data and supplier details may change without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanture shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages,
- Loss of profits, opportunities, or contracts,
- Delays, errors, or interruptions in the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
